Yes, the John Fetterman — Mehmet Oz “debate” was hard to watch. Clearly, John was disadvantaged. He struggled to convey his thoughts while Mehmet quickly answered the questions and offered responses.
John however was able to convey what he cares about — folks who’ve been knocked down and are struggling to get back up and as our Senator from Pennsylvania, he will vote with that in mind. He was clear about where he stands on women’s rights: Abortion is an issue between a woman and her doctor. Sadly, his comments on fracking did not convey his entire message which is that Fetterman is fine with fracking…so long as it’s environmentally sound and does not contaminate our waterways.
On the other hand, Oz was unable to convey what he actually cares about, other than toeing the party line, allowing fracking without concern for the environment, and involving politicians in a woman’s health decisions.
The choice is clear. John Fetterman won that debate hands down. He is still recovering from his stroke. Mehmet Oz on the other hand will never recover from his total lack of concern for women’s rights, the environment and the American People.
